Astronaut William F. Readdy, pilot, prepares to participate in emergency 
bailout training exercise at JSC's Shuttle Mockup and Integration
Laboratory.  This phase of training is designed to prepare the crewmembers
for emergency  bailout from the Space Shuttle and to familiarize them with
the escape pole  carried aboard for each Shuttle flight. Readdy is seen
